English
In the English Language program, students learn the following skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The goal of the program is that all students are literate in English and develop phonological/phonemic awareness, phonics/decoding skills, in-depth knowledge of vocabulary and language conventions, reading comprehension, and fluency in reading and writing.

In grades 1-3, students master 42 sounds and 26 letters of the English alphabet, including lower and upper case, letter formation, consonant blends and digraphs, and level-appropriate sight words. By the end of the year, all students will be able to correctly identify and form the letters, read and decode high-frequency words, read and understand grade level books, and write short sentences.

Skills are taught in a logical sequence through systematic and explicit instruction utilizing the most effective reading strategies, enabling students to develop skills that will help them excel in all academic disciplines.
Math
Mental Math
The goal of mental math is to stimulate the simultaneous work of two hemispheres by performing mental arithmetic operations with an abacus and, as a result, calculating one-, two-, and three-digit numbers in a matter of seconds.

Students will become acquainted with the abacus, learn how to quickly add and subtract one-, two-, and three-digit numbers on the abacus and mentally, use formulas, and develop a fast thinking, writing, and counting. By the end of the programme, students will be able to add and subtract numbers within 1,000.

Each lesson consists of a small warm-ups, brain development exercises, practical work, a mini-tournament in the classroom, summing up and awarding.
Science
Science lessons for the 1st grade include the development of the basic skills and knowledge that a child should have at this age about the world around them. The programme consists of five blocks. Each block is associated with a specific topic.
  1. Students get acquainted with the fact that we live in a world in which there are certain rules and patterns. We speak about daily and seasonal cycles and how they affect us.
  2. We investigate the various materials — liquids, gases, and solids — and how they can transform into one another. We conduct a large number of experiments and make a lapbook in teams based on the results of our research.
  3. We study different types of animals. As a result of our work, we make sensory bins in teams.
  4. We study different types of plants, and we grow plants and figure out how to care for them.
  5. We study what relationships people have with each other and how they can have an impact on well-being.
During our lessons we learn by practice, conduct a lot of fun and educational experiments, orginise field trips and spend time outside.

KinderMBA — My First Project (Fall Semester)
The module "My first project" allows students to learn how to work in a team and implement their first project ideas. Students get acquainted with the concept of a project, learn to plan project stages and work in a team, identify problems and generate ideas, determine the target audience, conduct surveys, calculate the cost, and present their project. The module helps students to use their imagination and creativity to create new products.

Music
Music classes include choir, rhythmics and solfeggio lessons.
Choir and rhytmics:
In the choir classes, students will learn the pure intonation in their register, to sit and stand correctly when singing, to listen to each other, take breath correctly, sing meaningfully and expressively.

In the rhythmic classes, students will acquire the first musical and motor skills: the correct initial positions of the body, arms, legs; learn to move to the rythm of the music in 2, 3 and 4-beat sizes; use claps, slaps and steps as rhythmic instruments.

By the end of the 1st semester, students will prepare Christmas songs, and by the end of the 2nd semester — nursery rhymes.

Solfeggio:
Students will be able to master the basic rhythmic formulas, compose funny stories with the names of notes by a group, recognizeintervals from prima to quinta + octave, use intervals in musical collective stories, find notes on the glockenspiel and on the piano; compose simple melodies.
English
In the English Language program, students learn the following skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Science lessons in the 2nd grade form a big journey, where children dive into different professions connected with science. The course consists of five blocks. Each block is associated with a specific profession. Students try themselves as biologists, researchers, astronomers, and geographers:
  1. We study our body as a system and what we need to do to keep it healthy. As a result, we create a book that contains the basic rules of a healthy lifestyle;
  2. We become explorers and study different types of materials and how they connect with each other. We conduct a large number of experiments and make a lapbook in teams based on the results of our research;
  3. We learn about the different life-cycles of a variety of living things. As a result, we make a lapbook in teams based on the results of our research;
  4. We take on the role of an astronomer and study the basics of the solar system;
  5. We try ourselves in the role of geographers and describe the natural features of local and other environments. As a result, we make a game about our city or country.
During our lessons we learn by practice, conduct a lot of fun and educational experiments, orginise field trips and spend time outside.
