SPORTS PROGRAMME
Professional sports are primarily focused on the development of specific, highly specialized skills rather than on overall health.

We employ a diversified training approach by integrating various sports disciplines to ensure the comprehensive physical development of children.

Our program consists of the following components:
(1) Gymnastics & Choreography
Gymnastics is the basis of any sport and provides fundamental development of skills on the basis of which you can then professionally engage in any sport. In our classes we combine elements of gymnastics, acrobatics and choreography.

(2) Eastern martial arts and wrestling

This block is based on Brazilian jiujitsu. Wrestling develops determination, the will to win, strength and endurance.
(3) Olympics Intensive Course
Our students try 16 different sports during their primary school years in one-week and two-week intensive courses — 5 times a year we try different sports.

(4) Swimming Pool
Our students can attend the swimming pool from age 3. We arrange transfers from the school according to a separate schedule, with our teachers accompanying the children. In the pool, they work towards their ABC diploma.

By 8th grade, they also explore sailing, rowing, and water polo as part of the sports-intensive Olympic program. By this age, children are proficient swimmers.
(5) Active Games During Long Breaks
Sports are a part of our life. At the beginning of each long break, we organize active games in our spacious yard, where every child can participate as they wish.

Stretch Breaks and Physical Activity Minutes During Lessons and Between Lessons.

We engage children in neurogymnastics, finger gymnastics, as well as physical activity breaks using special balls. For children in grades 0-2, teachers set up fun tracks for jumping, crawling, and moving. All our teachers have undergone special training in neuropsychology, and some are certified by the Gymnastics Association.
And that's not all!
  • Sports Relays and Competitions
Relays are held four times a year and are always a lot of fun.

  • Dance Contests and Performances
We organize a dance ball at school, and students perform at a theatre 2 times a year.
  • Excursions
We attend competitions in gymnastics and other sports.
  • Regatta and Sailing
School regattas and sailing are available for children who have obtained their diploma. These events are usually held during the summer.
  • Bike Trips
In 6th grade, our students can take an exam and obtain a bicycle riding license. They learn the rules of the road and ride along a special route.
