• Form submissions — when you use our contact, admissions, careers, uniform-order, or event-registration forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message.
• Usage data — we use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how the site performs. This does not build advertising profiles.
• Cookie and language preference — we remember your cookie choice and your language so the site behaves as you expect.

Cookies

We use functional cookies only. A small cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies, and your language choice is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use your data

We process your data to respond to your enquiry or application, to provide the service you requested, and to maintain and improve the website. The legal basis is your request together with our legitimate interest in operating the school and its website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and that act on our instructions:

• Resend — delivers the emails generated by our forms.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides aggregated analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email leiden@tisaschool.nl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Children

This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through the site.
